Love the Candle... I've been going there for 15+ years. Breakfast is awesome. Burgers are great. Salads are really good.

Love the name. I wonder how they came up with that JK I KNOW THEY STOLE MY DOGS NAME. first of all they misspelled it, it's candell not candle. Fajitas for $30?? bruh kinda a scam. don't get me wrong homie, the chicken was lit af just like my face after I saw all the beans they gave me. calamari? More like calabunga. it's right next to the beach. Fish tacos and calamari are aight. nice waiter tho

Candle Cafe has that local Venice Beach Vibe, sunsets, cold brews, tasty sandwiches, and servers hustling to take care of you. The new ownership seems to be ready to take it to the next level.

Great place to stop for lunch along the oceanfront! They have their seating outside so you can enjoy the weather and listen to the musicians playing nearby. The menu has a wide variety of options to choose from, but of each of those options there's only one type of that food. For example, they have a burger on the menu, but it's only a simple cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. Despite the simplicity of the menu items, they make great tasting food! I ordered the turkey club and was very satisfied. Firstly, I was shocked by how much food comes with this dish. It came with 2 completely filled stacks of turkey sandwiches and a side of fries. The turkey was sliced thin and tender, lettuce and tomato fresh, bacon cooked perfectly crisp and juicy, white cheddar cheese and mayo topping the sandwiches for added flavor. Even the bread was delicious and toasted, making every bite enjoyable. The fries were delicious too, seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley. I was certainly filled up and couldn't finish everything on my plate, but I did really enjoy it and the price was very reasonable for the amount of food I got. Definitely stop here if you're down spending the day at the beach.

The orange chairs and blue umbrellas provide the perfect visual greeting. Bright, festive and very relaxing patio atmosphere out there on the Venice Boardwalk. 10AM. We ordered GOOSE ISLAND IPA (tap), THE BREAKFAST BURRITO and the SWEET POTATO FRIES. The service was a little slow, possibly staffing issues, but the waitress we had was extremely kind had a lovely smile. From where I was sitting out there on the Venice Boardwalk, good food, ice cold beer and friendly service with an ocean breeze...doesn't get much better.

On the Venice beach board walk, I ordered the BLT Avocado with fruit. They give you a ton of fruit! I highly recommend. It's fresh, delicious and juicy! I ordered a coffee too, and the coffee tasted like it was one of those keurig cups that's been used more than once. In other words, my coffee tasted like water. They do things backwards, as in, they ask you to order and pay, then you can sit down. It's probably because people just sit their, and relax? Not certain. For the option off the board-walk, the meal was clean, not overly seasoned and tasty. I'd eat it again.
